Mission Statement
Castor's Rural and Native Housing units exist to provide
adequate and appropriate housing for low income families and/or individuals, in
a cost effective and efficient manner.
The responsibility of the Castor and District Housing
Authority is to offer housing accommodation with full services, intended to be
used as a domicile by individuals or families in need of subsidization.
