Castor Manors exist to enhance the lives of the Seniors living in the Manors; providing subsidized housing for the well elderly, offering the privacy and comfort of home while maintaining the senior's independence as well as providing a secure and sociable community environment where an active and independent life style is encouraged.

About the Castor Manors:

•	Subsidized by provincial government
•	Governed by Municipal Board of Directors and Provincial Legislation
•	Requires seniors to be independent and well
•	Has 3 separate housing facilities
•	26 units in total
•	Self-contained suites: one bedroom; kitchen; front room; bathroom; storage room
•	Rent is based on total income (rent ceiling in place)
