Two Provincial Heritage sites are located in Castor. The Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital original wing was completed in 1911 and is open for tours as staff are available. Though traditional grain elevators are vanishing on the prairies, the Castor Museum Society has made sure the landmark there will always be here, now designated as a heritage site.
Another interesting building in town is the Anglican church built early in the last century.
Castor is also a favorite area for golfers, hunters, snowmobilers and other outdoor enthusiasts. Check out the Clubs and Organizations link for more information.
